-Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

This limitation applies to all contracts unless otherwise required by law.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality over all client information and follow cybersecurity industry best practices. Clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary materials shared by Integralty.

9. Third-Party Services

Integralty may recommend or integrate third-party security tools and platforms. We are not responsible for the performance, pricing, or availability of third-party services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements according to the terms outlined in the applicable contract, MSA, or SOW. We may suspend access to the site or services for violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms
